An Easier Way to Process Office Furniture Orders

When your customer sends you an order you simply retrieve the specified quote, enter the scheduled delivery dates for each of your suppliers, adding any notes and confirming the delivery addresses and then click the Confirm & Send button to instantly convert your quote into a Sales Order and one Purchase Order per Supplier as identified by the product on the quotation.
This generating of Sales and Purchase Orders is a fully integrated process that uses your Accounting Software (Sage or Xero) to generate the sequential order numbers. This means your financials are always in sync with your orders and there is no need to type order details into your finance system.
When you receive Purchase Invoices from your Suppliers the costs are easily related to the relevant job and when you’re ready to Invoice your Customer you simply retrieve the appropriate Sales Order and Click to Invoice. This will produce a fully itemised invoice without you needing to type any product information. This means no billing errors, less billing queries and ultimately faster payment.
The Sales and Purchase Invoice data from your Accounting Software is automatically pulled back into InteriApp allowing to easily ensure every job is correctly invoiced on both the sales and purchase side thereby protecting your precious profit margins.
